The novel approach of this paper is interesting, however aspects of its "implementation" do not seem as well thought out. Its design relies too much on algorithms designed to be used in software. We should follow in the footpaths of the U.S. Defense Department, and always look at the 'final picture' that is created, because no computer is greater than the human mind.
