All-Passive, All-Analog, Electrically-Adjustable Resistor Tempco for Post-Package Temperature-Conditioning

This paper describes how a single passive resistor's resistance and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) can be set to independent values to null out cumulative, undesired effects of temperature in analog designs. Using rejustors allows unprecedented flexibility for control of temperature-related circuit problems, in the form of an all-passive, all-analog solution called "eTC" (electrical temperature compensation.)
