Video Trackers and Target Detection

This white paper explores techniques used in advanced surveillance and weapon sighting systems to automatically detect, identify, and track mobile targets that move independently in relation to background images. Hardware systems, software algorithms stabilization, and Multiple Target Tracking (MTT) are explored.
