FPGA-Based X/Y Swap Design for Simultaneous LCD and TV-Out Display in Handheld Electronic Devices

As handheld devices continue to advance in sophistication and handle more multi-media applications than ever before, their capabilities and features will continue to become more like PCs or laptop PCs. This paper will discuss the issues this presents and offer an FPGA-based approach to solving these technical system design challenges.
