High Application Availability

There is increasing emphasis on providing High Application Availability (HAA) for mission critical applications. The challenge of finding a cost effective solution increases as system complexity increases. HPEC systems implemented using RACEway or SKYchannel have limited capabilities to support HAA. However, the emergences of new fabrics such as InfiniBand are enabling truly HAA applications.
