Imaging equipment is now an integral part of everyday life. They include copiers, digital duplicators, facsimile machines, mailing machines, multifunction devices (MFDs), printers, and scanners. This reference design document sets out to define one such technology, which is the focus of the 40 W power supply GreenPoint reference design: the desktop printer.
The document describes a built-and-tested, GreenPoint solution for a printer power supply. The reference design circuit consists of a single-sided printed circuit board designed to fit into a printer adapter.
