ClearBlue Instrumentation Strategy for Silicon Validation and Debug

This paper helps a user define the instrumentation strategy for validation and debug of a target system-on-a-chip (SoC) design using the DAFCA ClearBlue platform. It provides criteria for deciding what reconfigurable distributed infrastructure (ReDI) instruments to use, where to insert the selected instruments, and which signals to connect to them.
