Between January and October 2006, Kalypso examined the product innovation, design, and development processes of more than 25 leading global semiconductor companies. The research sample included semiconductor companies with annual sales ranging from $100 million to more than $5 billion.
Kalypso conducted in-depth interviews focusing on the industry-specific challenges of NPD. Research focused on the business issues, challenges, opportunities, and barriers to greater adoption of PLM technology in the semiconductor industry.
