Improving Speech Quality in Voice over IP Systems

In order to verify the efficiency of several proposed speech quality improvements, two experimental environments were created: a GUI based Voice over IP (VoIP) system simulation environment and a real VoIP system based speech quality measurement environment. Both of them are described in the paper, along with the results of speech quality testing.
