Dell Develops Affordable, Intelligent Data Protection Solutions Using Intel IOPs

This case study examines how developers at Dell used the Intel IOP332 I/O processor in the PowerEdge 1850, 2800 and 2850 servers to create high-performance, cost-effective, on-board intelligent RAID solutions, as well as for PCI Express-based add-in RAID cards.
