TMS320C6000 JPEG Implementation

This application report describes the implementation of the Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) Encoder and Decoder on TMS320C6000E digital signal processors (DSPs). The JPEG Encoder and Decoder are eXpressDSPE Algorithm Standard compliant. This document describes the details of JPEG Encoder and Decoder implementation, APIs, and measured performance.
