Measuring VDD Using the 0.6V Reference

The ability to measure VDD lends itself to battery applications where VDD is likely to fall over time. This application note describes how to measure the voltage supplied to a PIC microcontroller, VDD. An example program is provided with routines to measure VDD. The device used in preparation of this application note was the PIC16F690.
