Millimeter-Wave Measurements Using Converters of the R&S ZVA Family

The converters offered for the Rohde and Schwarz ZVA family of vector network analyzers extend the analyzers' frequency range to include the millimeter-wave range (EHF band). This application note describes the Rohde and Schwarz ZVA-Z110 converters, which cover the W band (75 GHz to 110 GHz). The note explains how to configure a converter-based vector network analyzer system and provides several measurement examples.
