You are probably aware that your mobile phone has a camera module in it; but if it's more than a few months old, or it wasn't terribly expensive, it's a good bet that, if you photograph someone committing a crime, the resulting blurry images—whether due to insufficient resolution, poor focusing, or movement during exposure—will not be admissible in court.
