Cooking Inductively: ADI iCoupler Technology Isolates the Hob and the User Interface

Easy-to-use inductive cooking surfaces (hobs) are gaining acceptance by consumers as they become more affordable. The hobs are significantly safer, without flames or other direct heat sources. They have better overall performance, including faster heating time. Designing the circuitry that drives the inductive plate to heat metal pots requires an understanding of a wide variety of physical principles and techniques.
