Architecting Communications in a Wireless Mesh Network

Interest in mesh networks is especially strong in embedded applications, where efficiency in power, memory, and processing power is of particular concern. We present a comparative introduction to mesh networks and suggest guidelines for their efficient design. Further, we provide a design example based upon commercially available mesh technology.
