Best of FPGA "lite" user guides

Editor's note: Over the past year and a half, Programmable Logic DesignLine has published several "lite" user guides detailing the use of products from Xilinx Inc. and Altera Corp. These have been extremely popular. That should come as no surprise when you consider their purpose (which by now you probably know by heart): to provide users with significantly more details about the devices' functionality than can be found in a product datasheet without delving into the minutia provided by the full, comprehensive product user guides.
